Plan scanning

• Scan plan sizes from A3 to A0, maximum width is 914mm
• Scan any width up to 914 with maximum length to 20 mts.
• Scan aperture cards
• Final file formats available are .tif, cals grp4 & .pdf
• We accept small to very large scan requests
• We will scan a single plan
• We can e-mail to you or to your client
• We can re-name files to reflect the drawing number, then create directory structures for logical and easy retrieval
• We can offer advice in respect to database software and retrieval options
• We offer a service where we can scan revised project drawing/s, convert file to a .pdf, then upload to a nominated consultants FTP site or to a project web site.
• We use the latest scanning hardware supplied by Oce

A4 & A3 document scanning

• With a high speed document feed scanner we can offer very competitive rates and quick turn around
• We can then create multi-page .tif files or .pdf's
• A document handling and preparation fee applies - the worse the condition of the originals, the slower the process becomes. As we charge a very low per scan rate, it is necessary to apply a recovery fee for the time taken to prepare the pages for intake by the scanner.
